The Cadata Corporation, Inc. has created an innovative, systematic approach to its employee training and development program.  The center piece of the corporation’s training program is contained in the Cadata Way. This program is a collection of the processes and procedures necessary to manage CADATA projects.  This training is focused on developmental activities and is an integral part of the Human Resource function.  It has been designed to assist in recruiting, training, and retaining a qualified, skilled workforce. This process ensures that the training and development train2of our workforce provides value-added benefits to our clients, the company, and each employee. The criticality of the client's mission leaves us no margin for error. In order to adapt to the clients’ culture quickly, training must begin upon initial hire, with orientation and training being provided to all employees during the transition/phase-in period. This training is to continue during contract performance. Our training will ingrain a strong customer orientation based upon principles of flexibility, superior quality and rapid-response service. Our experience has demonstrated that productivity and morale remain high when employees are well equipped, in term of skills, tools and corporate support.
